Even when you’re not boating, Marina Bay Harbor has got you covered – literally.
Our fully enclosed dry dock boat storage facility is the pinnacle of Clear Lake boat storage craftsmanship and hurricane protection. At 430 feet long by 145 feet wide, our secure, sheltered facility holds up to 230 boats at lengths up to 47 feet.
We’ve designed our layout for you to do as much or as little as you like. Like to do it yourself? That’s great, you’ll have full access to outdoor dry racks with power and water. No time for maintenance or cleaning? Our trained and licensed staff skillfully maneuvers vessels with two large forklifts across 8,000 feet of modernized dock space, and our haul-out service includes engine flushing and cleaning from the boat rub rail down. Just let a friendly staff member know what you need, and we’ll step in with our valet service.

Trailer load / unload
Non-members: $5/ft.
Members: $3/ft.
Trailer load/unload services must be scheduled 24 hours in advance. Charge is DOUBLE on weekends if available.
Hurricane Storage
Serving Kemah, Galveston, Houston, Sugarland, and Clear Lake boaters
The Marina Bay Harbor indoor dry boat storage facility, combined with its unique location in a cove protected on three sides by land, provides a secure location within enclosed facilities for Kemah and Clear Lake hurricane storage.
Tenants have the option for per season or per hurricane contract rates. For “per hurricane” rates, tenants must file a new contract for each incoming hurricane. Our team will pull the boats into the barn and load them into the dry racks. When occupancy is full in the racks, boats can be lined in the spacious 145-feet-wide barn corridor. Pricing is $40/foot, including the engine and equipment.
